They said - the judge said--if another incident should happen the dogs would have to be put down. So think about it-- if your dog- no matter what breed runs toward someone and is barking- its an emotional attack- even though NO contact was made and the dog remained on your property There has to be more to this. WERE the dogs on their own property and if so, were they fenced? And where was the person who was being charged?
