The bigger question here if the pups ears were not up, did she DQ the pup.
If not you should have pointed that out. It is a DQ. The standard makes no
provisions for puppies ears to be down, it states the ears must be up.

I did not mean to indicate that I agreed with the judge. Of course I don't
what I was trying to say was that you could have hit her with this statement
and let her have it right back.
Terrible and if this was a breeder judge I wish you would share the name
with me so that I NEVER hire that one.
