If you didn't use the form you'll get a notice from John Ayotte I did. I liked
the old way when the payment and Renewal was in one place.

I just renewed my dues on line. However, it says to be sure to fill
out the membership FORM and submit it either before or after placing
my order.
Does anyone have any idea where to find this? I couldn't find any
such form. The only way it would let me pay for this was by credit
card. Which I did. I went under "Membership" on the site. This
is the most confusing way to renew I've seen!
I was not going to 'rejoin' because of the cost and threw the renewal
form away. Then a friend wanted to pay for my renewal. So I have to do
it online.
