Liz you forgot Utah..and I would consider that West Cost. Denver NOT but
I love the location.

So let me see, that's 3 times on the East COAST and 1 time on the West
COAST in the last 10 years. That's hardly considered ALWAYS on the West
Coast.
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
