Salt Lake was considered west. Springfield was considered east but really
is more central. Membership wanted the national rotated
east-central-west-central.
Denver was also considered west tho it was considered central at one time.
And Topeka was central. Beaumont was central.
Last really east one was probably Charlotte, NC in 2005.
