Nothing like erroneous information. One certainly doesn't have to be a
member of the GSDCA Board to be on the board of the WDA. If you look at the
list
of WDA Board members there are many who are not GSDCA Board members. WDA does
hold elections and does take petitions. There is also a membership list but
the WDA has decided not make the list available because of legal ramifications.
