I can't imagine how you can get involved with WDA on it's Board unless you are
first a member of the GSDCA Board. They don't hold elections or take petitions.
There does not seem to be a membership list either.

I DO agree with you that the question, "why more working dog folks don't want
to be involved on their board" is relevant and should be addressed.
If you (generic "you") want to challenge the thought that members can be on two
boards simultaneously, fine. That's a valid discussion. Criticizing those folks
who DO step up to fill positions when asked, though, IMO, is hardly the answer.
IMO, they don't deserve it.
