The point I was trying to make was that those named want to get involved- with
their interest their would not be a WDA Board- I do understand the importance
of the WDA thanks to Fred Migliore but there are many members showing in the
sport- why aren't they wanting to get involved? Kris

qualifications for positions as training directors, questioning Dorothy's L.
ability to serve if she doesn't have SCH dogs, or the supposition that Tom M.
gets paid 2x are in any way well intended or constructive.
I DO agree with you that the question, "why more working dog folks don't want
to be involved on their board" is relevant and should be addressed.
If you (generic "you") want to challenge the thought that members can be on
two boards simultaneously, fine. That's a valid discussion. Criticizing those
folks who DO step up to fill positions when asked, though, IMO, is hardly the
answer. IMO, they don't deserve it.
