That's one. I wouldn't say the dog had been dumped....we were watching Best in Show judging. And of course the table is for examining, but what if the judge can't examine the dog? There were several hundred people watching and you could feel the general discomfort all around...the judge tried several times but she didn't push the issue. The dog folded up every time she touched him.
