My bi-color girl does actually have a breed ribbon from a long-ago all-breed show. I've trained and titled GSDs from a variety of different lines....American, German Show, German Working, German x American, even an American Specialty lines bitch. Right now for the sports I participate in with my dogs, I prefer the dogs from German working lines bred in this country. And yes, they meet the standard, even tho they aren't the style that currently wins in the breed ring. Some people here might not find them attractive, but many people who see them in person DO like the way they look. --Regina 2 GSDs and one permanently visiting papillon ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2009.
