I had one of my dogs on Nutro Ultra puppy which is 34% Protein, I believe 12%
fat and it does smell really good. The Adult is a little less in Protein. I
did not finish a whole bag (28 lbs) and she is up to a really good weight now
and back on her regular Nutro Max Beef to which I always add two cups raw meat.
The Nutro Ultra is Nutro's holistic food. Cost around $38. Gloria

Since we've touched on the subject of dog food, does anyone have any
suggestions for a high calorie food to put weight on a dog. I have one that is
so skinny I can see his ribs.. He was on Eukanuba Premium which is 30/20.. 8
cups a day and maintained his skinny weight.. I switched him to Royal Canin but
he's loosing...I've had him to the vet and all blood work was normal.. Thanks
