Yes, we all did, myself included....(and not everyone shared your opinion) and
now Jim is doing that as well, as is his right and privilege to do so, in his
own time frame, at his convenience. Being busy as he is with things other than
the list, he took his time to write a thoughtful, well composed letter giving
his opinion and thoughts on the matter, instead of just a hasty reply lashing
out in anger or frustration, like so many do. If this doesnt comply with what
you deem an "appropriate time", then dont read it or anything else on the topic
until you feel you are ready.
