Wouldn't the peroxide bleach or discolor the dogs coat?
Sounds like a mix for lightening hair. LOL

Carol,
This works on German Shepherd shoulders (he always manages to turn his head
at the last second!!)-
First use condensed tomato soup-rub in right out of can. Rub in well, rinse.
Next, use hydrogen peroxide(cheap bottles of peroxide)mixed with LEMON dish
liquid. Lather on, rinse well.
