Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only thing that should be crossed out is the
very small code below the voters mailing info(used by USPS), not the much
larger barcode which is what the election company should be using which is off
to the side.
I crossed off this small postal code, and added From: in front of the addressee
info. I would think that would satisfy all party's
