Those were the instructions told to us by the Election Services!
Today when Bill went to the PO he was told something different. New
regulations in effect since August 2nd.

Well now we were told to cross our names out and re-mail the ballots. So
this is what we did.
Now Bill says the election agency needs that !
Just great..............Now we are going to have our votes be
invalid.............thats nice real nice !!!!
How can you get accurate results of what the membership wants when Canadians
aren't getting ballots to vote in time, envelopes are being sent back
because they were labeled improperly, people are crossing off names and
addresses at the request of the corresponding secretary and we are now
finding out from the treasurer this will invalidate the
ballots.........because the Election company needs that
info.................
I sure hope someone sees to it that our votes count now since the emails
went out to cross off your name on the back...............
Even the person running for President sent out these instructions to cross
off your names on the back...................
