I am glad you like her Lea, I do too as well as liking you. BUT - the
meetings missed under Ginny are not part of the issue with this
action....Ginny
herself had no problems with it, it was covered. In fact, one of the meetings
was done by electronic equipment...she still did the minutes, just was not
physically present.
There have been many board members historically that have missed meetings
and have not been treated in this manner.....why should she be the exception?
I guess that is why I do defend this. Not just because of the person,
because of the action. If this is to be the stand, then it should have been
all
along, with every board member who missed meetings. But again, meat and
potatoes.......there is no provision in the bylaws to take action against a
board
member for missed meetings, so the action should be invalid. Can't be done.
This SHOULD be the whole point........not a personal issue with her life at
all. And how do you know she has a lot of personal issues.....have she shared
that with you? Do you see my point here.................
