Thanks Sandy. I am not sure I am doing much for the breed tho. I will help
Rescue dogs, yes, but to me that is not help. That is expected....at least in
my & my husband's eyes. Yesterday, Karl & I spent 4 hours rebuilding the Rescue
pen that was destroyed by Ice. One more to go, too.
I have always said, if every person that produced pups would just take in One
Rescue, there wouldn't be such a problem. NOW, I am not talking JUST show
people & those on this list. I am talking EVERY breeder of GSD's. I have
actually asked AKC several times to Request or Educate the Public somehow with
each litter Registration kit. I'm still waiting. I asked on the AKC papers.
"Do Not Breed It Unless You Intend to Rescue It". I wanted AKC to put that in
the Block where you can limit Registration. Just as a reminder. Ha- I'm
crazy. Yup- loosing it!!
