Enchanted Vista German Shepherds had a great weekend at the specialties
in Albuquerque, NM and at the Scottsbluff all breeds in Nebraska.
Our Champion Raven (CH JIM-SINA'S RAVEN) went select for another point
under judge Bart Bartley. He was expertly shown by Bill Tank. Raven is
sired by SEL CH WINSOME'S DESBEARADO ROM and is out of NEWCASTE'S
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS.
Not to be outshined, our Champion Lexi (CH SUNFARM'S DRAGON WARRIOR V
ENCHANTED) also went Select for two points. Lexi was shown by Destanie
Bulter, who is a up and coming junior. Lexi is sired by CH LONG'S PEAK
TRAVEL'N MAN TALIMAR PT and out of CH SUNFARM'S AKASHA of SUNNY BEE.
This was Lexi's first show since completing her championship last
November.
Raven went Select again on Sunday with Bill guiding him under Judge
Kathy Field Casteel for another point. He is now one point away from
completing his grand championship.
Things went a little different for Lexi on Sunday. She went Best of
Breed with Destanie for a four point major, if I understand how to
calculate correctly :-)
We received a text that a girl we bred and co-own went Reserve Winner's
Bitch at the Scottsbluff shows in Nebraska under Mr. Robert Stein. Her
name is Riva (ENCHANTED'S RIVIERA) and she is sired by CH RAVEN and is
out of HI DREAMS ALEGRA V REGENCY. Riva was handled by Clint
Livingston.
Then as the icing on the cake, we have had out girl Tedi ( ENCHANTED'S
TEDI BEAR V SUNFARMS) out with Val Manning and Bethanie O'Brien for
training. They are getting her ready for a herding trail and for her
futurity. Anyway, they also went to the Scottsbluff all breeds in
Nebraska and Bethanie guided Tedi to Reserve Winner's Bitch on Sunday
under judge Mrs. Robert D. Smith.
What a good weekend!
