Yes also want to mention that our girl, "Ellie" (Ch. Osor Sense and
Sensibility) is 1/2 sister (sire side) to
Ch. Gunpowder n Lead, call name "Britches". Britches was shown by Lindsay
Hudspeth during her
career. LOVELY red bitch, mahogany really, and sweet as she can be. We
had the pleasure
of meeting "Britches" at the No Cal Dog Fanciers show in June, after the
show. Lindsay was
kind enough to bring her over. <3 .
Needless to say when "Ellie" came out of the crate at LAX in April, we
were surprised and
delighted when we saw her. Ken went to get her, and when he called to let
me know
she had arrived safely he said, "You are not going to believe it, but she
is colored like european dog"
Everyone knows we LOVE black and red and pretty along with other things.
Easy to see why Evan and a couple of others would assume she is imported.
;-) Of course
Washington State IS pretty far away from us. lol.
