I hate it when interesting discussions turn into Board bashing.

It appears that the board just told you to take a flying leap with your juniors
award program. And now you want me to trust them?? GMAFB!!!!!!

Make the award a west coast award and let the board do their own thing. We have
many west coast juniors that are deserving. Pick one of the shows in CA that
takes place just before the national have the juniors compete for the prize
money. Have a club dinner and award the check and honor the juniors. A check
handed out after the fact or mailed to the parents after the national is really
a put down to your generosity.

Terry

I think it will be discussed and a decision made. I trust our board, and
either way it should be interesting. When an idea is suggested it is always
good to consider it.

I don't have a strong position either way. Let's let our board consider
it, and decide what is best for the breed.

I went through this with the OFA class. I thought it was a bad idea, and
yet it was voted in, and we did it for a few years. I was proven right, but
that may have been the only time.

Have faith in the people we elected to run our club. Whatever is decided
will not end the breed as we know it today.
