There was a time when I thought that banning the use of cell phones while a
person was driving was a silly thing... now, however, I wish that law
existed everywhere.
I have discovered, in the past few years, that there truly are a
tremendous number of folks who can't talk on the phone and drive at the same
time........actually, I think most of them can't drive and think at the same
time.......
