If his crimes were at all related to his work, I would be opposed to him going
back to work. That the nature of football is aggressive, I don't see it
necessarily relating to a desire to see dog or other animals fight.
He can play as far as I'm concerned. But I don't make a point of watching
football.
Now gambling on your own team and getting caught? That would make me want such
a person out forever, and no hall of fame.

There is no right way to do the wrong thing....some one said that to me years
ago...today I heard on Sports Center (ESPN) that Michael Vick was getting out of
jail today to testify in some sort of bankruptcy hearing...ESPN went on to say
Vick is scheduled to be released in Mid -July....Question?......should he be
allowed to resume his career in the National Football League?...his crimes were
horrible and he was punished in more ways than one for those crimes....working
in some type of law-enforcement most of my adult life I am NOT soft on
criminals or crime (Oakland just lost 4 police officers Saturday at the hands
of a parolee...I used to supervise parolees in Oakland)...I believe Vick should
be given a second chance......I'd even like to see him play for the
Raiders...."but for the grace of God there goes I" ........FB
