just to set the record straight, what the audience member was referring to
with his comment about an attorney at the last board meeting, was simply
getting an injunction to prevent the GSDCA from putting the current law suit
on our web site. there was no threat to sue the club. this was done in
part to AVOID breaching the agreement on a previously settled suit.
