Which settlement are you talking about? The one with Hunt? Which I believe if
you follow the Margy lawsuit back is where this all began.

my error in calling it a "previously settled lawsuit." no suit was ever
filed due to an agreed upon settlement; it's a settlement that should not be
breached.
