Joe and I wanted to thank each and every one of you who took the time to send
the many, many, condolences we received on the loss of our Chance.
As many said, it is never easy whether they have been cut short on life or live
to a ripe old age and whether it be our human companions and loved ones or one
of our beloved fur kids, letting go is never easy. I do believe that time and
memories help to heal to a certain degree but I think we always have that
little "pit" inside of us that hurts for each and every loss in our lives. I
also believe that these losses make each of us who we are in the long run.
I have to believe in my Lord and that the Rainbow Bridge truly exists and that
all of our beloved pets will be there for us in the end. That makes it easier
to think about the end in general.
Thanks again to each and every one of you who sent the wealth of information on
DM and those of you who sent your condolences.
