Good points all, Jeff! Let the judges judge. Big Brother should not
always be watching. If exhibitors have complaints, THEY can always do
something about them.

There are several issues in our breed. Dead tails. Lack of follow
through. Dragging Toes. Weak backs. Shoulders. Pasterns. I could
go on.... Some of these are very severe in our breed right now. So,
should we allocate an Observer to watch over judges in each of these
areas too? No we should not. We elect judges to judge. Let them
do it. If they don't do a good job in one way or another, simply do
not elect them again.
