Jackie Rayner doesn't count as a typical all breed judge. She married into a German Shepherd family...two generations of handlers, and both generations did both specialties and all breeds. Some of the New England clubs have used real all rounder types, tho, and I've been a bit horrified at some of the choices...altho I admit it was a while ago.
