Hate to burst your bubble Sweetie, but you CAN tell shoulder assembly and
length on a newborn pup or colt.  These ratios are unchanging.  If a puppy
or colt has a short upper arm at birth, or straight shoulder, it will remain
so.   Croups change, shoulders are constant.  I don't "claim" to be able to
tell, nor do others.....you CAN tell, if you know what you are looking for,
and how it should go together.  So laugh away.
