Thanks Zoe....we live in a "I want it now" society....and be damn with correct
procedures...".it's my way or the highway".......the sod incident was just
another example of this, you can't do the right thing the wrong way!.......been
on a very strict vegan diet for the past 4Â weeks ( health issues) and if I
don't make my weight, I'll be watching the dogs running on SOD via my
computer..FB

What some consider FOOT DRAGGING, is actually compliances with Federal and NY

Law, Our By Laws, Roberts Rules of order. There are constraints on the Board.
Your Board must follow procedures, timetables as provided. Â It would not
matter if 2/3 the Board
did not want to follow procedures, they must be followed. The Legal Committee

everything, and things must follow a logical, required plan.
