As far as I know Mr Hunte does not fall under any protected Minority group in
the United States.
And even if he made something up, the burden would be on him to prove that he
was discriminated based on a protected group. As far as I know our membership
is made up of all sizes, shapes, colors, religions, sexes etc. It would be
easy to show that our club certainly does not discriminate based on those
differences.
AND it is VERY clear why our membership does not want him to be a member. My 8
year old niece understands why we don't want him in the club.

I Understand that, but whats to say we DIDN'T reject
him on the basis of color, sex, et. al? If you didn't
give me a reason, I would be running around saying,
CAUSE IM BLACK" and damnit, you would have a hard time
proving otherwise if you didn't give reasoning.
If the man was smart, he would have Johnny Cochran on
speed dial after the upcoming meeting.
