Are you required to put 6" high aluminum strips running between dog runs the

  On the other hand I am county and State licensed.  I do get inspected and 
have no problems-I am glad the state of Illinois does have licensing.  It makes 
it much easier to close down the people who do not take care of their animals.  
I see no difference in this and getting a driver's license to drive , a license 
to cut hair etc.  There are a lot of people out their who do not know how to 
care for or don't care about their animals  and if this does a little to stop 
them from negelting helpless animals then I don't mind being licensed
