Well, perhaps that is the problem. People that I tell this to think it is just
my personal thing. I tell them it is just a matter of time. I did hear this
past weekend of some similar occurrences south of where I live, but they say
that their township overrules the state.
Concrete runs are preferred here. I have two kennel buildings, one on
concrete, one on wood decking. Yes, a separate septic system. I have the
wrong kind of tarpes. I should have sides on my kennel fencing. I need the
fire marshal to inspect . Their water tested annually (not a requirement that
we need to live here). I could go on and on. Gloria
