Good Heavens! 12 litters a year with 2 adults and 2 teenagers, (who we know
only play video games) I am exhausted already. Let's face it Gals. We end up
doing all the work. I can't imagine more than 1 or 2 litters a year with
taking care of the kids and hubby (k, got rid of him, but still lots of work,
lol!) even if I wasn't working full time. Guess I'm not one of the
independantly wealthy folks who can hire people while I eat Bonbons and watch
Oprah, LOL! For those of you out there that can do that, have fun. I'll look
for your brags :-)

(which seems to be the norm), no more than eight litters a year.
A family with two or more children over twelve, with everyone willing to
help out, no more than twelve litters a year.
Everyone else, whatever they want, so long as they have sufficient help to
take care of the puppies.
We would need to establish a dog police to check this out, but it can be
done. We just have to commit to the issue, and be willing to be committed to
the institution.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
