A friend of mine had this throughout the new house she and her husband
built a few years ago and I had to get down on my hands and knees to feel it to
prove it was not wood. (and I am a contractors daughter LOL)
Was a snap to clean and sweep...zero other maintenance.
Good choice!

I used a wood finish pattern and installed over 500 sq. ft. it in a
kitchen/dining
area in a day. It took another day to install the trim. When it was
done, everyone
thought it was a wood floor.
