It's hard to say what the numbers will be before hand, so it would seem
to me that some down time is inherent. What a nightmare it would be if we
scheduled thing more tightly and had an entry of over 200 dogs in one day!
Remember something else, in the all breed ring, judges spend, what...2
minutes per dog? How would you feel if your dog only got a 2 minute look at
the Nationals?
There will always be down time! :)
