first i meant to post this to barb privately lol but since its here i am

who is the person who defines "true dog experience" lets start there.

title..or take her from scratch, put all the hours into her training and
put the SchH 3 on her...how does one know about training...when one buys
dogs with titles that someone else has done? I don't get it...to me that is
like buying finished dogs..and calling yourself a breeder of champions,
when really your just a buyer of champions..here is another question..in a
litter of show potential puppies...maybe only one or 2 meets with
potential..the rest are pets...in an import litter..I am certain that not
every puppy has the aptitude for schutzhund..and most all don't have the
conformation for the show ring...how do the breeders in this country using
import lines decern which are pet when almost the whole litter looks like
pets? also...since when does breeding to titled parents guarantee the
results of the puppies.>>>>>.
Second yes she was purchased as is... i researched her lines back and forth,
i have known the working ability in her lines and watched the generations
scores etc... i know the breeder and she told me all about her, the owners have
had her since she was 4 months old so i know exaclty what went into her for the
passed 4 years. Now i get to work with this... with her puppies, i will be
HOT and hopefully kick A$$ with them :) see a puppy is a crap shoot
as you know... i would rather start from scratch with a puppy I CREATED... at
least i know what is behind the puppy. Christine, you have to start
somewhere.. and for those who have lost what they were looking for HAVE to
start
over... we dont have a breed warden, well some think they are i think... but
who
in the Am Bred lines is the person to say who is a "breeder" and who is "high
quality" and who isnt? you may not mean to sound "above" me and others with
only 5 yrs or less in the breed, but you are appearing to be a little ... how
can i say it respectfully...

what is the difference with someone having to start all over, with a new
puppy they bought or a new puppy they bred from a bitch that was already
titled??
i dont understand what you are getting at. just because someone has champion
dogs does not mean they are the Walter Martins of the USA. A good breeder
is an open minded breeder, imo, and a non judgement breeder, imo.

One trains their American dog with top notch trainers, in my instance lol
one learns with their titled dog because they STILL WORK THEM. just because a
dog has a SchH3 doesnt mean they go lay on the couch and eat bon bons the
rest of their life. they still train at least once a week... as they are going
to be going for their VA ratings and they need to pass the protection phase to
get into the Working Class.
