You are so right. I think if a person is showing they will be driving to the
national. It will need to rotate around just to get it within driving distance
for most every 3 years.

Main Hubs for DELTA are Salt Lake City, Utah, and Atlanta Ga.
For UNITED it's Chicago O'HARE and Denver, Colorado.
For AMERICAN it is Dallas / Ft. Worth. Texas
For ALASKAN / HORIZON it is Seattle, Wa.
For FRONTIER & NORTHWEST it is Minn. St. Paul.
For CONTINENTAL it is Houston, Texas........but they charge full fare for
dogs and you still
have to run the dog to cargo flying with you!!
AMERICAN is good about some other direct flights occasionally w/o Dallas Ft.
Worth.
but only out of MAJOR airports like LAX, or La Guardia or Seattle, etc.
Not many.
