Waiting for the final version to be published. And no the mayor hasn't
signed it... however, he doesn't have to. The only way it will NOT become
law is if he vetoes it, and chances of that happening are slim to none.

I can't find the link to the current proposals...anyone care to
share? I'm trying to find the restrictions that would apply to dogs coming
