That would be a valid statement if we had more capable people running. Only 10
people running for the Board, There were 3 more but their petitions
dissappeared.
I know several others that refused to be nominated because of the infighting;
they simply don't want the hassle and I honestly don't blame them. The BREED
will always be here, but the GSDCA may not be.!!

I am in total agree with you and Carolyn. If you truly love this breed, you
will not leave because of the board. The board can be changed by you the
member, vote!

carolyn is SO right - if you truly love this breed, no board of directors
ould or would cause you to leave it. perhaps that would be a good excuse
o leave, but certainly not a reason. for many of us, the german shepherd
s such an integral part of our lives and hearts that even the idea of
switching" breeds due to the ideas or actions of a temporary governing body of
a club does not seem plausible.
