What about making the January Review a sort of "New Year's Well Wishes"
issue?
Members could put in quarter page or half page text only ads. Not
everyone has the budget (especially before the holidays), or a
spectacular dog they want to advertise, but would be willing to spend
$30 - $40? to send New Year's greetings from their kennel or dog.
Or, an make an offer to GSDCA members who advertised "X" amount of
times to get a half price ad in January.
