Nancy,
Jack will be checking in Monday morning (12/13/04) at the Tulsa Spine
Hospital, 6901 S. Olympia Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74132. If all goes well
should he be leaving that Friday morning 12/17/04. I just can't believe
they release them so quickly. As most of you know Jack is not a
computer person so thanks for taking the time to send him a card! I
really appreciate your kind words and effort on his part this busy time
of year.

having back surgery on Monday. He's a little scared but the pain is so
bad he'll do anything to get rid of it. Hopefully this will start him
