[ SHOWGSD-L ] Hobby Breeder Guilty

I understand there may be must to this story. However, as an attorney after
there is a judge or court decision, I am always a bit concerned that the
other side of the story, already has been heard.
I get mail every day from someone who is being sued, or being charged for
dog problems. I hear one of the shepherd people is stealing from another
shepherd person. I just heard that one of our people had a judgement taken
against her in another state. She was sue, ignored it, and now there is a
judgment.
It is difficult for all of us to be involved or help everyone. We all lead
our own lives, have our own frustrations, and troubles. While I appreciate
that there is a time to us to stand tall and help each other, there is a
limit to what any of us can do.
I do respect the law and the system. After a full hearing and
representation, we do need to think about the consequences of the actions of
others.
I am not taking a position on Danielle's situation, but I do think we need
to think long and hard that after a court decision, there must be more to
it than just a bad determination.
I don't always win in court, but when I lose, either I appeal it, or accept
it. It is the American way, and seems to generally work.
