All Ballots that the Ballot company receives there is a signature on the
Ballot envelope. Under the circumstances that should suffice. It may be
a little extra work for the Ballot company but "hey" they are at fault.
Everybody should send in their Ballots. Somebody with authority (board
member) make sure the Ballot Co. has a roster and that all Ba;;ots are
counted. Just a thought. _____Louie
