I agree. We do need an "official" statement from the ballot company as
to how they are handling the ballots. This can be done on their letter head
and Bill Pfeiffer can send it out as a mass mailing to the membership. I
realize that all members do not have e-mail, but that is another issue. This
would appease most of us on this issue. Let us see if anyone takes your
suggestion. Mary
