I wonder if he has some kind of endocrine problem? I know that when a dog is on
prednisone for any length of time they will eat things like that. Perhaps some
condition like Cushings? If it is some kind of problem where the body is
producing too much of something usually meds will fix it.

My 9 and a half year old boy has started eating crazy things. A few weeks ago
he ate a pair of my socks and part of some knitted slippers. Then was sick and
