My son has an American Pit Bull Terrier and my daughter has a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Both of them occasionally eat limestone gravel.... aggravates me to no end but I am sure it is even more of a problem for them when that gravel finally makes it's exit... LOL Both of them are fed twice daily just like our German Shepherds so it is not that they are hungry. The Pit Bull is in extraordinary condition as my son plays tug of war with her daily. The Staffy Bull is obese as if you try and cut her food to a level where she would lose weight she will eat anything... literally anything... so if you find out what may be the cause of this PLEASE let me know.
