[ SHOWGSD-L ] GSDCA Ballot clarification- Aug 31, 2013

I just got my ballot.  the below excerpt from that letter is not  exactly 
accurate.
YES it does say - accept an AKC ILP registration.
NO it does not say - no AKC registration required.
