Apparently, we have that wrong. According to what I am reading today,
asking the sitting members is a form of courtesy, not a fast rule. They can
run by petition, and many do, as has Bart in the past, and Nadine and Zoe
this year.
You learn something everyday. And I am sure if I am wrong someone will
tell me....<G>

You can't unseat members that were elected for a two year term just

you want to reduce the size of the board.
I was on the conference call meeting when this was brought up. If
approved it will be a gradual reduction over a couple of years by not
allowing as many
directors to be elected each year until the number is reduced to 9
directors (and 5 officers making 13 total on the board).
