The reduction would be done gradually over a couple of years. This year we
elect 7
members to a 2 year term.
As I recall, the idea was that next year we would elect only 2, reducing the
board
to 14 members and the following year again elect 2, reducing the board to 9
total.
No one currently serving on the board is affected.
