It sure can but that is when you retire your dog rather than take a chance
of having a judge DQ him and throw him out the ring.

They have it in their standard but any dog without two testicles of equal
size is to be DQd in any breed. I just had a sheltie shown to me that had
one normal size and the other was so small I could hardly find it. Best
part is he was a Champion and entered in BOB class.
